FAQ # 1. I can no longer take part in the event I have entered, can I have a refund please?
3.2.3 Entrants wishing to withdraw must inform the organiser by email. Entry fees will be refunded as follows; more than two months before 75% refund (less any Protx Secure Payment fees), more than one month before 50% refund (less any Protx Secure Payment fees). Less than one month - no refund.
FAQ # 2. I can no longer take part in the event I have entered, can I transfer my entry to a friend?
3.2.4 Entries are transferable – you must email the organisers to confirm this.
